<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that BCHPS Prop-
<br />erties request for Special Use Permit for an automo-
<br />bile rental agency at 2310 W. County Road D be con-
<br />tinued to the regular City Council meeting of April 27,
<br />1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P.
<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Amoco oil
<br />request for a PUD amendment and rezoning for a gaso-
<br />line service station, food shop, and car wash at the
<br />northeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Highway 36 be
<br />continued to the regular City council meeting of April
<br />27, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Michael Platt/
<br />Fuddruckers' request for sign height variance at 2740
<br />Snelling Avenue North be approved with the condition
<br />that the variance apply only to the current restaurant
<br />operation. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Thomas, P. John-
<br />son and V. Johnson. Nays: Cushman.

<br />Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8781, denying Franklin Ho's request for rezoning at
<br />1935 Cleveland Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that John Ebeling
<br />(Lava Links) request for Special Use Permit at 1655
<br />county Road B-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />V. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that plans for
<br />Project P-ST-SW-90-07, Cleveland Avenue, Larpenteur
<br />Avenue to County Road B, showing proposed alignment,
<br />profiles, grades and cross sections for reconstruction
<br />of County State Aid Highway No. 46 within the limits
<br />of the City be approved with the plans amended to show
<br />a 1 foot shift of the center line to the west and a 5
<br />foot boulevard instead of 6 feet from Skillman to
<br />Roselawn. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: Thomas and P. Johnson. Motion failed.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that plans for
<br />Project P-ST-SW-90-07, Cleveland Avenue, Larpenteur
<br />Avenue to County Road B, showing proposed alignment,
<br />profiles, grades and cross sections for the reconstruc-
<br />tion of County State Aid Highway No. 46 within the
<br />limits of the City be approved, with the plan amended
<br />to include a 4 foot boulevard instead of 6 feet from
<br />Skillman to Roselawn, with the road shifted 2 feet to
<br />the east to eliminate the 2 foot offset and the road
<br />located on the section line. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />P. Johnson and V. Johnson. Nays: Cushman and Maschka.
