<br />v. Johnson moved that plans for project P-ST-SW-90-
<br />07, Cleveland Avenue, Larpenteur Avenue to County
<br />Road B, showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades,
<br />and cross sections for the reconstruction of County
<br />state Aid Highway No. 46 within the limits of the City
<br />be approved as proposed by the Ramsey County Engineer-
<br />ing staff. Motion died for lack of a second.

<br />V. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />8782, approving plans for Project P-ST-SW-90-07, 8782
<br />Cleveland Avenue, Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B,
<br />showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross
<br />sections for the reconstruction of County state Aid
<br />Highway No. 46 within the limits of the city, with a 1
<br />foot shift of the roadway to the west of the section
<br />line, moving the pathway 1 foot to the west, so it
<br />would be located 1 foot off the east property line,
<br />and providing for a 4 foot boulevard over the section
<br />of Cleveland Avenue from Skillman Avenue to Roselawn
<br />Avenue, be adopted with the understanding that during
<br />severe winter conditions, Public Works staff may not
<br />be able to clear the pathway of snow because of the
<br />minimal boulevard. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />8783, requesting Ramsey County to restrict the parking 8783
<br />of motor vehicles on both sides of Cleveland Avenue
<br />from Roselawn Avenue to County Road B, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that voting pre-
<br />cinct boundaries be continued to a special meeting of
<br />the Council to be held on Monday, March 30, 1992,
<br />beginning at 5:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a resolution
<br />appointing Election Judges and Alternates for the
<br />Presidential Primary Election of April 7, 1992, be
<br />continued to a special meeting of the Council to be
<br />held on Monday, March 30, 1992, beginning at 5:00 p.m.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the alloca-
<br />tion of funds in the amount of $1,655 from the contin-
<br />gency Fund, to be used for expenses associated with
<br />Clean Sweep for 1992 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.
