<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the City
<br />Manager be instructed to prepare an ordinance amending
<br />Section 145.135 of the City Code, (Special Multiple
<br />Dog Licenses) for the April 13, 1992 regular City
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8785,
<br />approval of reconveyance to the state of Minnesota and
<br />purchase by the City of certain lands located in
<br />Thornton's Subdivision, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8786, approving Agreement 69107 between the Minnesota
<br />Department of Transportation and the City of Roseville
<br />for the Rice street project, be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />the Presidential primary of April 7, 1992. Roll Call,
