<br />line company's request for a variance to the design
<br />standards of the zoning ordinance to allow metal
<br />buildings at 2280 W. County Road C be approved. Roll

<br />8784, approving Cooperative Agreements 91034 and 91030
<br />for Project P-ST-SW-90-07, improvements to Cleveland
<br />Avenue from I,arpenteur Avenue to County Road B, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that City staff be
<br />authorized to enter into an agreement with the City of
<br />New Brighton for tree inspection/disease control ser-
<br />vices for the period of one year, with the monies
<br />required to be transferred from Public Works street
<br />Department personnel to Parks and Recreation Profes-
<br />sional Services account. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, THomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the bid of
<br />$10,000 from the City of Edgerton be accepted for the
<br />sale of the 1971 Rescue Vehicle, to offset the deficit
<br />of the new 1991 Emergency One Heavy Rescue Vehicle.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a new Fire
<br />Inspection program, to be included as part of the Fire
<br />Marshal's operation to ensure inspection of all multi-
<br />family occupancies on an annual basis, as well as a
<br />visit to every commercial and industrial occupancy at
<br />least once every three years, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
