<br />HEARINGS
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that William Sievers
<br />request for special Use Permit for an automobile
<br />service use, site plan approval, and setback variances
<br />at 1526 W. County Road B be continued to the regular
<br />city Council meeting of May 26, 1992. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the 1992
<br />Police Sergeants' contract be approved, and the City
<br />Manager be authorized to execute a contract incorpo-
<br />rating the settlement terms. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the regular
<br />City Council meeting of Monday, May 25, 1992 be
<br />rescheduled to Tuesday, May 26, because of the
<br />observed Memorial Day Holiday. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a Develop-
<br />ment Agreement with the Roseville NCR ManUfacturing
<br />Division be withdrawn from the agenda and referred to
<br />a future Council work session. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the net low bid
<br />of the Carlson Equipment Company in the amount of
<br />$34,498 for the purchase of a utility motor grader,
<br />to be funded with $15,000 from the 1992 Budget and the
<br />balance to come from the Equipment Depreciation
<br />Account, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the bid for 1992
<br />Diseased Tree Program be awarded to A-I Walsh at a
<br />unit price of $8.51 per diameter inch, to be funded
<br />from the Dutch Elm Account of the 1992 General Fund
<br />Budget. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: P. Johnson.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a Minnesota
<br />outdoor Recreation Grant from the State of Minnesota
<br />Department of Trade and Economic Development, for the
<br />development of a second trail around Lake Bennett, be
<br />accepted and the city Manager be authorized to sign
<br />the Grant. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
