<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8792,
<br />declaring the official intent of the City to reimburse
<br />certain expenditures for special assessment projects
<br />from bond proceeds to be issued by the City, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cush-
<br />man, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a Concept
<br />Feasibility study, 1-35W/T.H. 36 corridor, City
<br />Project M-92-19, to be completed by BRW, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a contract
<br />with Orr, Schelen, Mayeron, and Associates, Inc. (OSM)
<br />of Minneapolis, for completion of the leaf composting
<br />program analysis, be withdrawn from the agenda and
<br />referred to the April 20, 1992 Council work session.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the City
<br />Attorney be directed to draft an ordinance modifica-
<br />tion restricting the consumption of nonintoxicating
<br />liquor in Central Park by permit only. Roll Call,

<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />prohibiting parking on both sides of Long Lake Road
<br />from County Road C-2 to County Road D, be adopted.

<br />prohibiting parking on both sides of County Road C-2 8794

<br />Licenses) of the City Code of the City of Roseville,

<br />1110, amending Chapter 31 (providing for an increase
<br />in building permit fees and requiring residential
<br />property to be included in the requirement of plan
<br />checking fees) of the City Code of the city of Rose-
<br />ville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P.
