<br />Regular meeting of the city council - Monday, May 11, 1992. 7:30 P.M.

<br />The city council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and
<br />V. Johnson. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-1 Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of April 27, 1992 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent CONSENT
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-5, be approved. Roll AGENDA
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Carl Fisher's CARL FISHER
<br />request for minor variance at 3111 Prior Circle, to
<br />construct an addition onto an existing attached garage
<br />with a setback of 8'1" instead of the required 10', be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Randall Har- RANDALL
<br />wood's request for minor variance at 831 Heinel Drive, HARWOOD
<br />to construct a 16 x 24 addition onto the front of an
<br />existing garage (the proposed expanded garage to have
<br />a setback of 104 feet), be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that John Hewitt's JOHN HEWITT
<br />request for minor variance at 2923 Hamline Avenue, to
<br />remove an existing nonconforming detached garage and
<br />replace it with an attached garage, with a side yard
<br />setback of 3.8 feet at the front corner and 7.9 feet
<br />at the back corner, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following BLANKET MINOR
<br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with VARIANCES
<br />the City's policy to issue blanket minor variances for
<br />driveway side yard setbacks:

<br />1. Lois Goneau request for 5 foot variance at 1377 W.
<br />Sandhurst Drive.
<br />
<br />2. Nancy Salazar request for 2 foot variance at 2139
<br />Fulham Street.
