Johnson seconded, that the 1992 <br />Police Officers' Contract settlement be approved, and <br />the city Manager be authorized to execute a contract <br />incorporating the settlement terms. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that a Council work <br />session (steering Committee) be established for Thurs- <br />day, May 14, beginning at 5:00 p.m., and every two <br />weeks on Thursday thereafter until mid-July, for the <br />purpose of discussing the strategic Planning Process, <br />with an update summary periodically on Channel 16 to <br />keep residents informed.
