<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes
<br />of the regular meeting of May 11, 1992 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Louise
<br />O'Neil's request to construct a fence across the sani-
<br />tary sewer easement line between Lots 18 and 19 of
<br />O'Neil's addition on Cope Avenue between Grotto and
<br />Dale streets be approved with the condition that the
<br />applicant be liable for any expense incurred for
<br />removing or replacing the fence if work on the sani-
<br />tary sewer is required. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Doug and
<br />Constance Swanson's request for minor variance at 889
<br />Lovell Avenue, to construct a 15 foot addition on the
<br />west end facing Nancy Place with a setback of 14 feet
<br />instead of the required 30 feet, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with
<br />the City's policy to issue blanket minor variances for
<br />driveway side yard setbacks:

<br />1. Ruth Anderson request for a 2 foot variance at
<br />1364 W. Sandhurst Drive.
<br />
<br />2. Leroy Erickson request for a 2 foot variance at
<br />1946 N. Chatsworth.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that authorization
<br />for engineering services for the sanitary sewer lift
<br />station project, City Project SS-92-20, and water
<br />booster station piping and pump modifications, city
<br />Project W-92-21, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
