<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that William Sievers
<br />request for a Special Use Permit for an automobile
<br />service use, site plan approval and setback variances
<br />at 1526 W. County Road B be continued to the regular
<br />City Council meeting of June 22, 1992. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Amoco Oil's
<br />request for PUD amendment to allow an Amoco gasoline
<br />service station, food shop, and car wash facility at
<br />the northeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Highway
<br />36 be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />June 22, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />opment's request for Planned Unit Development amend-
<br />ment at 2231 Rice Street be continued to the regular
<br />city Council meeting of June 22, 1992. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Heritage Develop-
<br />ment of Minnesota, Inc. request for rezoning from R-1
<br />to PUD at 725 W. Larpenteur Avenue be continued to the
<br />June 8, 1992 regular city Council meeting, and the
<br />city Attorney be requested to draft the appropriate
<br />findings for denial in resolution form. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, and Maschka. Nays: Cushman
<br />and V. Johnson.

<br />request for Comprehensive Plan designation of business
<br />at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of
