<br />Session on Sunday, May 31, 1992, at 6:00 p.m. at Rose-
<br />ville Fire station No.1, to discuss pensions was
<br />withdrawn from the agenda because the Pension Board
<br />Chairman canceled the meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Mark Rancone's
<br />request for reconsideration of conditions placed on
<br />previous approval at 1955 County Road B-2 be continued
<br />to the regular city Council meeting of June 22, 1992.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Richard
<br />Simmons request for variance at 1831 W. County Road C
<br />be continued to the regular city Council meeting of
<br />June 22, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Donald Roberts'
<br />request for variance to allow a sign on the public
<br />right-of-way at 2210 Terminal Road be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of June 8, 1992. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that John Bell's
<br />request for division of platted lot at 2750 Patton
<br />Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas,
