Roseville City Council Minutes May 26, 1992 P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Har Mar Inc. request for rezoning from B-4 and I-1 to PUD at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of County Road C and Snelling Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Har Mar Inc. request for Special Use Permit for an automobile ser- vice use at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of County Road C and Snelling Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. P. Johnson moved, Cushman that Har Mar, Inc. request for a general concept PUD plan at the northwest quad- rant of the intersection of County Road C and Snelling Avenue be amended to state the building will be con- structed with primary building materials consistent with Conoco and Byerly's. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Thomas, Maschka, and Cushman. Nays: V. Johnson. Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Jiffy Lube driveway to Lincoln Drive be removed. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: P. Johnson. P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Har Mar, Inc. request for a general concept PUD plan at the north- west quadrant of the intersection of County Road C and Snelling Avenue be approved with the following condi- tions: I. That the landscaping plan be modified and reviewed by city staff. 2. That sidewalk be provided as required and reviewed by staff. 3. That the building will be constructed with primary building materials consistent with Conoco and Byerly's. 4. That the Jiffy Lube driveway to Lincoln Drive be deleted. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
