Roseville city council Minutes June 8, 1992 Page 4 D-2 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the regular city MEETING Council work session of June 15, 1992 be changed to CHANGE June 16, beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall because two Council Members will be unavailable on June 15. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS F-1 P. Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Donald Roberts DONALD request for a variance to allow a sign on the public ROBERTS right-of-way at 2210 Terminal Road be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the sign be moved at no cost to the City if the right-of-way in question is needed for public purpose in the future. 2. That the size of the sign not exceed 70 square feet and the height not exceed 20 feet. 3. That the color of the sign be brown with white lettering. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, and P. Johnson. Nays: Maschka and V. Johnson. F-2 P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that an extension EXTENSION OF of the moratorium on consideration of sign variance MORATORIUM applications be approved for six months. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. F-3 Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8808, RESOLUTION Resolution of Agreement with the Minnesota Amateur 8808 Sports Commission, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. F-4 Cushman moved, P.
