<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution
<br />8809, awarding the bid for Project P-92-06, Terrace
<br />Drive extension reconstruction from Fairview Avenue
<br />easterly to cul-de-sac, to W. B. Miller Inc. of
<br />Ramsey, MN in the amount of $211,220.30, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that BRW be approved
<br />as the prime architectural/engineering design consul-
<br />tant for the John Rose Minnesota Oval, and authorizing
<br />appropriate City staff to enter into a contract with
<br />BRW to provide the required design services. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8810,
<br />approving Agreement 68643 between the city of Rose-
<br />ville, the Minnesota Commercial Railroad Company, Inc.
<br />and the Minnesota Department of Transportation for
<br />railroad crossing improvements on County Road C-2, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8811,
<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested
<br />division of property by Ramsey County, Division No.
<br />DC063762, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cush-
<br />man, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance 1112,
<br />modifying Chapter 119 of the City Code of the City of
<br />Roseville regulating Bingo and lawful gambling, be
