HEARINGS C-1 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Altra Auto ALTRA AUTO Rental's request for Special Use Permit for an automo- RENTAL bile rental and leasing and variance at 2353 Rice Street be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the number of Altra cars on site is limited to ten on weekends and five on Monday through Fri- day at the locations shown on the site plan sub- mitted. 2. That Altra cars will not be parked on Woodbridge street or other adjacent public streets. 3. That transport trailers and any other maintenance equipment will not be stored in the parking lot, yard, or on the adjacent public streets. 4. That the Special Use Permit is in effect only as long as surplus parking is present based on actual usage of building. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. C-2 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Calibre Ridge CALIBRE RIDGE Partnership's request for an amended Planned Unit PARTNERSHIP Development and General Concept Plan for their project at 2231 Rice street be continued to the regular meeting of Monday, July 27, 1992 so staff can notify impacted neighbors of specific modifications made.
