<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Heritage Devel-
<br />opment of Minnesota, Inc. request for rezoning from
<br />R-1 to PUD at 725 W. Larpenteur Avenue, be continued
<br />to the regular city Council meeting of Monday, July
<br />27, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson,
<br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: Thomas.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Item C-7, Project
<br />P-92-02, Neighborhood 72, Wagner street from Western
<br />to Woodruff, be moved up on the agenda. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the road design
<br />for Wagner street from Western to Woodruff, PMP Pro-
<br />ject P-92-02, Neighborhood 72, be reaffirmed for the
<br />original design of two cul-de-sacs on Wagner from
<br />Western to Woodruff. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: Cushman.

<br />C-4 Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Har Mar, BAR MAR, INC.
<br />Inc.'s request for final Planned Unit Development
<br />(PUD) and plan approval at the northwest quadrant of
<br />the intersection of County Road C and Snelling Avenue
<br />be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That final engineering and landscape details be
<br />reviewed and approved by City staff.
<br />
<br />2. That the property be platted.
<br />
<br />3. That a PUD agreement be executed with the city.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka,

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that city staff be
<br />authorized to execute a Planned Unit Development (PUD)
<br />agreement with Har Mar, Inc. for final PUD approval at
<br />the northwest quadrant of the intersection of county
<br />Road C and Snelling Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays:
