Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8813, ordering Project M-92-25, railroad crossing on Terminal Road east of Walnut street, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a change order in the contract with Central Landscaping Company from $45,733 to $62,262 for a total reconstruction of the parking lot at Concordia Academy, 2400 North Dale street, be approved, with monies to be taken from the Park Land Fund. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8814, awarding the bid for Project M-92-22, reroofing of Public Works building and water booster station to McPhillips Bros.
