<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the public
<br />hearing on Project P-ST-SS-91-04, Terrace Drive,
<br />Lincoln Drive west 1,000 foot pavement and sanitary
<br />sewer be continued to the regular city council meeting
<br />of September 28, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />hearing on Project P-89-16, Hamline Avenue, Larpenteur
<br />to County Road B pavement, be continued to the regular

<br />be authorized to sign the agreement with HealthEast
<br />for the provision of Employee Assistance Program Ser-
<br />vices for the period of October 1, 1992 through
