ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT AGENDA <br />Item B-2, removed from Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />G-1 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that James Erickson's JAMES <br />request for minor variance at 446 Southhill Drive, to ERICKSON <br />add on to his existing single car garage to create a <br />two car garage with a variance of three feet rather <br />than the two foot variance recommended by the Minor <br />Variance Board, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas. <br />Nays: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that James Erickson's <br />request for minor variance at 446 Southhill Drive, to <br />add on to his existing single car garage to create a <br />two car garage with a variance of two feet from the <br />property line be continued to the regular city Council <br />meeting of September 28, 1992 for additional staff <br />review. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the continuation <br />be voided and that James Erickson's request for minor <br />variance at 446 Southhill Drive, to add on to his <br />existing single car garage to create a two car garage <br />with a variance of three feet from the property line, <br />as recommended by the Minor Variance Board, be <br />approved.
