Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Bruce Ander- <br />son's request for final plat at 1694, 1700 and 1708 <br />Oakcrest Avenue be scheduled for a public hearing at <br />the regular City Council meeting of November 23, 1992. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, and <br />Cushman. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-5 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Fine Associates FINE <br />request for Interim Use Permits at 1525 W. County Road ASSOCIATES <br />C to allow construction of a temporary gravel parking <br />lot on the Fine Associates property and for the con- <br />struction of an off premise "For Sale" sign for the <br />Fine Associates property on the Olive Garden property <br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of <br />November 9, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. <br />Johnson, Thomas, and Cushman. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F. <br />F-1 <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Feryle and Betty <br />Borgeson's request for division of platted lot at 590 <br />Transit Avenue be approved with the following condi- <br />tion: <br /> <br />FERYLE AND <br />BETTY <br />BORGESON <br /> <br />1. That the applicant provide the City with a new <br />Certificate of Survey for the two lots prior to <br />issuance of a building permit or sale of either <br />lot showing the dedicated right-of-way easement <br />for Sextant Avenue. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Cushman. Nays: <br /> <br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, and <br />None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8858, <br />amending Resolution 8701 to read "Any property on <br />Sextant Avenue replatted in accordance with Exhibit <br />A shall be granted a building permit upon approval of <br />the lot division, administrative lot division, or re- <br />platting, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. <br />Johnson, Thomas, and Cushman. Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />8858 <br /> <br />F-2 Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Walgreen's WALGREEN'S <br />request for parking lot setback variances at 2633 and <br />2635 Rice Street be approved with the following condi- <br />tions: <br /> <br />1. That Ramsey County agrees to the proposed ponding <br />on the dedicated right-of-way along County Road C. <br /> <br />2. That an easement be provided, if necessary, for <br />storm sewer across the property at a location <br />approved by City staff. <br /> <br />3. That additional over story trees be included on <br />the Rice Street frontage. <br />
