<br />good faith efforts relating to signing, joint access,

<br />F-3 Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Rosedale ROSEDALE
<br />Center's request for a variance to allow the construc- CENTER
<br />tion of two additional free standing pylon signs, not
<br />to exceed 8 feet, be approved based on the fact that
<br />Rosedale is a major regional center in the area and
<br />significant signing activities were already in
<br />progress. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson,
<br />Thomas, and Cushman. Nays: None.

<br />F-4 P. Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />8859, amending Resolution No. 8846 to change the 8859
<br />number of years the assessment for Dutch Elm Tree
<br />removal is spread over from 15 years to 5 years, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson,
<br />Thomas, and Cushman. Nays: None.

<br />F-5 Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that partial release RELEASE OF
<br />of an easement, Document No. 2498693, dated March 9, EASEMENT
<br />1989, be approved, and authorizing staff to record the
<br />partial release of easement at Ramsey County. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, and Cushman.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />F-6 Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />8860, awarding bid for Project 92-20, Sanitary Sewer 8860
<br />Lift station modifications to Gorham-Oien Mechanical
<br />of Mora, Minnesota with a base bid of $130,216 and
<br />not accepting Alternate 1, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, and Cushman.

<br />J-1 Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the regularly MEETING
<br />scheduled City Council Breakfast Work Session be CHANGE
<br />changed from Tuesday, November 3, to Thursday,
<br />November 5, because of the General Election. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, and Cushman.
<br />Nays: None.
