Nays: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. None. HEARINGS Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Har Mar, Inc.'s request for final plat approval at the northwest quadrant of County Road C and Snelling Avenue North be continued to the regular City Council meeting of April 12, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8907, for the vacation of a portion of Richmond (Chatsworth) Avenue, between County Road C-2 and Millwood Street, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Bruce Carland/ CSM corporation request for Special Use Permits for automobile use and outside storage at 2140 County Road C be approved with the following conditions: 1. That maintenance of all vehicles be conducted entirely within the principal building. 2. That the facility be used for the maintenance of vehicles owned and operated by the FBI, and that the facility not be used in any way that will involve advertising or offering of goods or services to the public. 3. That the design, appearance, and materials of the fenced enclosure be as shown to the Planning commission and City Council. 4. That the applicant and lessor agree to maintain the fenced area in good repair at all times. 5. That all trash be stored inside the building. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson.
