<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />March 22, 1993 <br /> <br />B-5 <br /> <br />c. <br />C-1 <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />C-3 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the following <br />checks and total amounts be approved: <br /> <br />Check Nos. 602 - 620 <br />1196 - 1385 <br />1388 - 1472 <br /> <br />$253,523.00 <br />275,853.71 <br />77.261.30 <br />$606,638.01 <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson. Nays: <br /> <br />Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. <br />None. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Har Mar, Inc.'s <br />request for final plat approval at the northwest <br />quadrant of County Road C and Snelling Avenue North be <br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of April <br />12, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8907, <br />for the vacation of a portion of Richmond (Chatsworth) <br />Avenue, between County Road C-2 and Millwood Street, <br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Bruce Carland/ <br />CSM corporation request for Special Use Permits for <br />automobile use and outside storage at 2140 County Road <br />C be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That maintenance of all vehicles be conducted <br />entirely within the principal building. <br /> <br />2. That the facility be used for the maintenance of <br />vehicles owned and operated by the FBI, and that <br />the facility not be used in any way that will <br />involve advertising or offering of goods or <br />services to the public. <br /> <br />3. That the design, appearance, and materials of the <br />fenced enclosure be as shown to the Planning <br />commission and City Council. <br /> <br />4. That the applicant and lessor agree to maintain <br />the fenced area in good repair at all times. <br /> <br />5. That all trash be stored inside the building. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson.
