<br />C-4 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded that Ordinance 1120, ORDINANCE
<br />rezoning the site at 711 and 725 Larpenteur Avenue 1120
<br />from R-1 to PUD, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cush-
<br />man, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Klosner Goertz
<br />Homes, Inc. request for a general concept PUD plan at
<br />711 and 725 Larpenteur Avenue be approved with the
<br />following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the Public Works staff review and approve the
<br />engineering plans for grading, drainage, storm
<br />ponding, sewer, water, and road design.
<br />
<br />2. That the landscape plans be revised to reflect the
<br />suggested changes as outlined in the staff report.
<br />
<br />3. That 4.5 feet of additional right-of-way be
<br />dedicated for Larpenteur Avenue.
<br />
<br />4. That the pond be properly maintained.
<br />
<br />5. That exterior color and finish be reviewed by City
<br />staff.

<br />vacating utility easements at 711 and 725 Larpenteur

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a preliminary
<br />plat for Klosner Goertz Homes, Inc. at 711 and 725
<br />Larpenteur Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that a public hearing
<br />for final plat of Klosner Goertz Homes, Inc. at 711
<br />and 725 Larpenteur Avenue be scheduled for the regular
<br />City Council meeting of April 26, 1993. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the City
<br />Attorney's office be directed to prepare appropriate
<br />ordinance amendments for No. 14.190 and 14.600 F. on
<br />the City's sign ordinance for City Council consider-
<br />ation at the City Council meeting of April 26, 1993,
<br />and referring approval of institutional off premises
<br />signs and institutional seasonal banners to a work
<br />session for discussion. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
