<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Williams Pipe-
<br />line Company's request for lot division at Highway 88
<br />and County Road C-2 be approved with the condition
<br />that staff receive and approve a survey drawing
<br />outlining the subdivision request. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the City Manager
<br />be authorized to enter into a contract with the low
<br />bidder, F. M. Frattalone, for the construction of a
<br />second trail around Lake Bennett in Central Park, with
<br />the costs to be paid by the $63,000 grant from the
<br />Central Park Foundation and the $35,000 grant from the
<br />State of Minnesota. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that an engineering
<br />service agreement between the city and Short, Elliott,
<br />Hendrickson for Project 93-10, Lincoln Drive from
<br />County Road C-2 to Lydia Avenue, as outlined in the
<br />proposal dated March 18, 1993 be approved, and
<br />authorizing the signature of the agreement by appro-
<br />priate City officials. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8909,
<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested
<br />division of property by Ramsey County: Division No.
<br />DL063324, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
