<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Klosner
<br />Goertz Homes, Inc. request for final plat approval at
<br />711 and 725 Larpenteur Avenue be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of May 10, 1993. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Beechwood
<br />Acquisitions/computer City request for Special Use
<br />Permit for site plan approval at Snelling Avenue and
<br />County Road B-2 be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of May 24, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that NoMatch,
<br />Inc., dba Green Mill - Rosedale, application for On
<br />Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 145 Rose-
<br />dale Center be approved through December 31, 1993.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Clean Duds,
<br />Inc., dba Duds & Suds, application for an On Sale Non-
<br />intoxicating Malt Beverage License at 1713 Rice Street
<br />be referred to the regular City Council work session of
<br />May 17, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Patricia
<br />curtiss' request for Special Use Permit to operate a
<br />beauty parlor out of her home at 1987 Aldine Street be
<br />referred to the regular City Council work session of
<br />May 17, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, and Cushman. Nays: V. Johnson.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that an ordinance
<br />approving College Properties, Inc. request for
<br />rezoning the site at 2965 Snelling Avenue N. from B-3,
<br />B-2 and R-1 to PUD be adopted subject to the amendment
<br />of the city's Comprehensive Plan and the development
<br />and execution of a Development Agreement. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka and Goedeke. Nays: P. Johnson and
<br />Cushman. Abstain: V. Johnson. Motion failed.

<br />adopting Tax Increment Financing District 13 be 8928
<br />adopted with the condition that a Development Agree-
<br />ment between the City and College Properties, Inc. be
<br />developed and executed, that a PUD be approved for the
<br />site, and that the Comprehensive Plan designation of
<br />the site be amended. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, and Cushman. Nays: None.
<br />Abstain: V. Johnson.
