<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />April 26, 1993 <br /> <br />D. <br />D-1 <br /> <br />D-2 <br /> <br />F. <br />F-1 <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a policy to <br />continue to allow all local community groups that do <br />not have a statewide or national affiliation to use <br />the Activity Center as a mail drop be approved. This <br />would include groups that have 501C status and use <br />the Activity Center as a meeting location, provided <br />they do not use the "Roseville Activity Center" in <br />their address. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: P. Johnson. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8929, <br />consolidating the job classes and increasing the <br />salary ranges of certain members of the Clerical/ <br />Technical Pay Plan be adopted, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to sign the final Pay Equity Report. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that consideration of <br />Cave & Associates, Ltd. request for preliminary plat <br />at Western Avenue and S. Owasso Boulevard be continued <br />to the regular City Council meeting of May 24, 1993. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that David <br />Nelson's request for division of platted lot at 1716 <br />Hamline Avenue be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That additional street right-of-way be dedicated <br />at the south end of the property in accordance <br />with the Ramsey County Master Plan. <br /> <br />2. That the property be surveyed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Roy Struble's ROY STRUBLE <br />request for division of platted lot at 475 McCarrons <br />Boulevard North be approved with the condition that <br />the house be located in the northern most 100 feet of <br />the parcels (with all proper side to rear yard set- <br />backs). Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
