<br />3. Eliminate the requirement that each firm be a part
<br />of a mandatory interview and use a more informal
<br />process to personally meet key personnel.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8933, approving plans and specifications, and
<br />authorizing the advertisement for bids to be placed
<br />for the mechanical building construction for the John
<br />Rose Minnesota Oval, City Project 92-23, be adopted.

<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a preliminary
<br />feasibility report for City Project SW-93-12, County
<br />Road C bikeway/pathway, be approved and authorizing
<br />the project to proceed. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: Maschka and Goedeke.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution
<br />8934, ordering the preparation of a feasibility report
<br />for construction of Arthur street and storm water
<br />ponding facilities near Arthur street in the Twin
<br />Lakes area, city Project P-93-13, and accepting the
<br />100 percent petitions from the Ryan Twin Lakes Limited
<br />partnership be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution
<br />8935, approving plans and specifications for city
<br />Project 92-21, water booster station improvements, be
<br />adopted and authorization be given to advertise for
<br />bids. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance
<br />1122, regulating signs by amending sections 14.190 and
<br />14.600 of the Roseville city Code, be adopted. Roll
<br />call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance
<br />1123, amending section 87.150 of the Roseville City
<br />Code by changing the violation of handicapped parking
<br />from a petty misdemeanor to a misdemeanor, be adopted.
