Nays: None. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Klosner Goertz <br />Homes, Inc. request for final PUD plan and final plat <br />approval at 711 and 725 W. Larpenteur Avenue be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That final grading, landscaping, drainage, <br />utilities, and street design be approved by <br />City staff. <br /> <br />2. That an additional 4.5 feet of right-of-way be <br />dedicated for Larpenteur Avenue. <br /> <br />3. That the pond be properly maintained. <br /> <br />4. The exterior color and finish be reviewed by City <br />staff. <br /> <br />5. That documentation of the access easement on the <br />Roselawn Cemetery property be delivered to the <br />city. <br /> <br />6. That an agreement be prepared that provides for <br />the installation of a water main along Larpenteur <br />Avenue across the Linder property. <br /> <br />7.
