Johnson seconded, that the following APPROVAL OF checks and total amounts be approved: BILLS C. HEARINGS Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Klosner Goertz Homes, Inc. request for final PUD plan and final plat approval at 711 and 725 W. Larpenteur Avenue be approved with the following conditions: 1. That final grading, landscaping, drainage, utilities, and street design be approved by City staff. 2. That an additional 4.5 feet of right-of-way be dedicated for Larpenteur Avenue. 3. That the pond be properly maintained. 4. The exterior color and finish be reviewed by City staff. 5. That documentation of the access easement on the Roselawn Cemetery property be delivered to the city. 6. That an agreement be prepared that provides for the installation of a water main along Larpenteur Avenue across the Linder property. 7. That the developer enter into a PUD agreement with the City.
