<br />authorized to execute a PUD Agreement with Klosner
<br />Goertz Homes, Inc. at 711 and 725 W. Larpenteur Avenue.

<br />C-2 Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that county Ditch 4 COUNTY DITCH 4
<br />improvements, oasis Pond to Lydia including ditch
<br />cross-section modifications, side slope modifications,
<br />and improvements to box culverts under Lydia Avenue be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a public PROJECT 93-10
<br />improvement hearing for Project 93-10, Lincoln Drive,
<br />Lydia Avenue to Terrace Drive, County Road C-2, and
<br />Lincoln to Snelling Avenue be continued to the regular
<br />City Council meeting of May 24, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.

<br />and findings to support the denial of Signcrafters,
<br />Inc. request for sign variance at 2775 Highway 35W be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />May 24, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />amending Resolution 8907, vacating only the south half
<br />of the portion of Richmond (Chatsworth Avenue) between
<br />County Road C-2 and Millwood street, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: Goedeke.
