<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />May 24, 1993 <br /> <br />D-2 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Ordinance <br />1125, amending section 254.070 of the City Code of the <br />city of Roseville to change the maximum severance pay <br />for City of Roseville employees from one month to <br />thirty (30) working days, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />D-3 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Geographic <br />Information Systems (GIS) be implemented, with funding <br />from the contingent Account and the community Develop- <br />ment Fund. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, <br />Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F. <br />F-1 <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Cave and <br />Associates, Ltd. request for preliminary plat at 2960 <br />Western Avenue be amended by changing Condition No. 1 <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />IIThat the owners grant the City a 10 foot wide <br />visual access easement along the inside curve <br />of the Western Avenue frontage. The easement <br />would prohibit any plantinq or other significant <br />obstruction to visibility from the ground to 8 <br />feet off the ground within a 10 foot setback <br />from the right-of-way line. There shall also be <br />no visual obstructions within the row. If the <br />access to the property is built off Western Avenue, <br />the property owners will be required to maintain <br />the easement free of such obstructions.1I <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P.
