Dale street <br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of <br />June 14, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, <br />Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-9 P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Boyer Ford BOYER FORD <br />Truck's request for a Special Use Permit at 1975 TRUCKS <br />Oakcrest Avenue be denied and directing the City <br />Attorney's office to prepare an appropriate resolution <br />and findings to support the denial for consideration <br />at the regular City Council meeting of June 14, 1993. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and <br />Goedeke. Nays: V. Johnson. <br /> <br />C-10 Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Enterprise ENTERPRISE <br />Rent A Car request for a Special Use Permit at 2025 W. RENT A CAR <br />County Road C be approved with the following con- <br />ditions: <br /> <br />1. That 25 parking spaces be reserved on site for the <br />rental cars. <br /> <br />2. That all washing, vacuuming, and other car <br />preparation be done completely within the <br />building. No car repair or other maintenance is <br />to be done on site. <br /> <br />3. That no trailers or other equipment be stored on <br />site. <br /> <br />4. That additional landscaping be provided in front <br />of the parking area to screen the cars from County <br />Road C to a height of at least 2.5 feet. <br /> <br />5. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Sterling <br />Codifiers, Inc. be retained to provide codification <br />services as described in a proposal dated March 30, <br />1993, in the base cost of $11,875 and authorizing up <br />to $1,000 for city Attorney fees.
