<br />7. That there shall be no other employees providing
<br />service.

<br />8. That the business shall not occupy more than one
<br />room of the house.
<br />
<br />9. That the Special Use Permit shall expire two years
<br />after approval by the City Council. After two
<br />years, the applicant may apply for an extension of
<br />that Special Use Permit. All fees relating to
<br />that extension request shall be waived. However,
<br />the applicant shall be subject to all ordinance
<br />restrictions in place at that time.

<br />10. That noncompliance by the applicant with these
<br />conditions can be grounds for immediate revocation
<br />of this permit.

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Planning
<br />Commission be directed to review the city's home
<br />occupation ordinances and recommend any changes which
<br />may be appropriate. .Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Beechwood
<br />Acquisitions request for a Special Use Permit for site
<br />plan approval and variance at Snelling Avenue and
<br />County Road B-2 be denied, and directing the City
<br />Attorney's office to prepare an appropriate resolution
<br />and findings to support the denial for consideration
<br />at the regular City Council meeting of June 14, 1993.

<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8942, approving the project and authorizing prepara-
<br />tion of plans and specifications for city Project
<br />93-10, Lincoln Drive, Terrace Drive to Lydia Avenue,
<br />and County Road C-2, Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that Clean Duds,
<br />Inc., dba Duds & Suds, application for an On Sale Non-
<br />intoxicating Malt Beverage License at 1713 Rice Street
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: Maschka.

<br />Lund/Centennial United Methodist Church request for a
