<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - June 14, 1993. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The City council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson and <br />V. Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />A. <br />A-I <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of May 24, 1993 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Norman Vinnes, Director of the Ramsey County Library, gave an update on <br />the Roseville Library and introduced Marianne Roos, who will become the <br />new Director as Mr. vinnes is retiring. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-1, B-3 through B-6, B-8, and B-I0 <br />through B-12 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Thomas Burke's <br />request for a 3 foot side yard setback variance and a <br />7 foot front yard setback minor variance to construct <br />a new two car attached garage at his home at 2265 st. <br />Stephens Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />This item was deferred to G-l, Items Removed from <br />Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Frank and Nancy <br />Konstantinides' request for a 9 foot and 5 foot <br />variance from setback requirements from street right- <br />of-ways to allow their driveways to remain in current <br />locations at 1911 Dellwood Avenue be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-4 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Donald Updyke's <br />request for a 16 foot minor variance from the setback <br />requirements from street right-of-ways to allow his <br />driveway to remain in its current location at 1871 <br />Lexington Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V.
