Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Robert Wrede's <br />request for a 1.5 foot minor variance to install a new <br />8 foot addition to the existing driveway at 1964 <br />Simpson street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />This item was deferred to G-2, Items Removed from <br />Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that VFW Post 7555's <br />request for renewal of their premise permit to conduct <br />lawful gambling activities at 1145 Woodhill Drive be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, <br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />This item was deferred to G-3, Items Removed from <br />Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that a public hearing <br />to consider stone's Fine Bar B Q application for On <br />Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 2100 N. <br />Snelling Avenue be established for the regular City <br />Council meeting of Tuesday, June 29, 1993. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the following <br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with <br />the City's policy for blanket minor variances for <br />driveway side yard setbacks: <br /> <br />1. Louis DiBerardini request for a 3 foot variance <br />at 1060 Parker Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Anne Aten request for a 3.5 foot variance at <br />1752 Dunlap Street. <br /> <br />3. Steven Harju request for a 2 foot variance at <br />919 Parker Avenue. <br /> <br />4. Glenn Bade request for a 2 foot variance at 1244 <br />Roma Avenue. <br /> <br />5.
