Nays: V. Johnson. C-2 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Noland NOLAND FAMILY Family Trust request for a Special Use Permit at 3114 TRUST N. Lexington Avenue for light auto repair be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the existing building materials be replaced with stucco on all four elevations by the end of 1993. 2. That a new 10 foot by 14 foot trash enclosure, with a stucco exterior to match the building, be attached to the rear of the building in 1993. This structure will have a roof. 3. That the existing parking lot be patched in 1993 and completely resurfaced by July, 1998. 4. That the material covering the south overhead door will be removed in 1993.
