That concrete curb and gutter be added to the <br />site, creating a landscape island along County <br />Road D and creating a single 36 foot wide drive <br />access as far as possible from the intersection of <br />County Road D and Lexington Avenue in 1993. <br /> <br />6. That landscaping materials, including both over <br />story trees and under story shrubs and bushes be <br />added to the landscape island on both County Road <br />D and Lexington Avenue in 1993. <br /> <br />7. That the parking lot be striped to provide 19 <br />parking spaces in 1993. <br /> <br />8. That the existing bituminous curb along the south <br />edge of the parking lot be replaced with concrete <br />curb and gutter, which will be extended along the <br />east edge of the bituminous servicing as well by <br />July, 1998. <br /> <br />9. That the concrete curb around the drive opening <br />onto Lexington Avenue be completed by 1995. <br /> <br />10. That 16-1/2 feet of additional right-of-way be <br />dedicated along Lexington Avenue in accordance <br />with the Ramsey County Master Plan. <br /> <br />11. That a sidewalk be constructed along Lexington <br />Avenue and County Road D, or an appropriate amount <br />of funds contributed to the city's sidewalk fund <br />in accordance with City policies. <br /> <br />12. That the light automotive repair use will not <br />include body work on the site. <br /> <br />13. That the Special Use Permit be conditioned upon <br />payment in full of all unpaid property taxes <br />within 30 days. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. Abstain: Cushman. <br /> <br />C-3 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Boyer <br />Ford Truck request for special Use permit at 1975 Oak- <br />crest Avenue be referred to the Planning Commission <br />to consider Boyer Ford Trucks' new plan. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-4 <br /> <br />V. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Advance <br />Circuits, Inc. request for a variance to the floor <br />area ratio in light industrial districts at 1633 and <br />1725 Terrace Drive be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />BOYER FORD <br />TRUCK <br /> <br />ADVANCE <br />CIRCUITS, INC. <br />
