<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />August 9, 1993 <br /> <br />B-9 <br /> <br />C. <br />C-1 <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />C-3 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the following <br />checks and total amounts be approved: <br /> <br />Check Nos. 898 - 924 <br />925 - 953 <br />4275 - 4462 <br />4504 - 4675 <br /> <br />$ 260,807.74 <br />1,136,854.80 <br />567,069.66 <br />117.476.65 <br />$2,082,208.85 <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Daniel J. <br />Wolfbauer's, dba Network Liquors, Application for Off <br />Sale Liquor License at 2727 N. Lexington Avenue be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, <br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Cellars Wines <br />& Spirits of Roseville, dba Cellars Wines & Spirits, <br />Application for Off Sale Liquor License at 1649 West <br />county Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Cave and Assoc- <br />ciates, Ltd. request for final plat at 2960 Western <br />Avenue be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the owners grant the City a 10 foot wide <br />visual access easement along the inside curve of <br />the Western Avenue frontage. The easement would <br />prohibit any planting or other significant <br />obstruction to visibility from the ground to 8 <br />feet off the ground within a 10 foot setback <br />from the right-of-way line. <br /> <br />There shall also be no visual obstructions within <br />the right-of-way. The property owners will be <br />required to maintain the easement free of such <br />obstructions. <br /> <br />2. That grading plans be submitted for review and <br />approval by City staff for any new building <br />permits that are requested on any of the lots. <br /> <br />3.
