<br />4. That Engineering staff review and approve final
<br />utility plans before the City signs the final
<br />plat.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that an ordinance
<br />amending section 34.030 of the Roseville City Code,
<br />aboveground fuel storage tanks, be referred to the
<br />Planning Commission for review at their September 8,
<br />1993, meeting, and establishing the City Council
<br />hearing for September 27, 1993.
<br />
<br />The Planning Commission is requested to consider the
<br />environmental impacts, screening needs, etc., of
<br />aboveground tanks and also to review the pros and cons
<br />of aboveground versus below ground tanks. The Council
<br />voiced concern about the appropriateness of above-
<br />ground tanks outside the area where they are currently
<br />permitted.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that a special City
<br />Council meeting be established on September 22, 1993,
<br />for the purpose of canvassing the results of the
<br />Primary Election. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that a special City
<br />Council meeting be established on November 3, 1993,
<br />for the purpose of canvassing the results of the
<br />General Election. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the YMCA Camp
<br />Widjiwagan's request for a second garage sale in 1993
<br />at 1170 W. County Road B, to be held from noon on
<br />Wednesday, September 15, through the morning of
<br />Sunday, September 19, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that B. L. Dalsin
<br />Roofing request for a noise variance, to allow roof
<br />repair work on the southwest corner of parkview School
<br />to start at 6:00 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m. on weekdays
<br />at Parkview School on County Road B and Dale Street,
<br />beginning August 10 through August 20, 1993, weather
<br />permitting, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
