<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />August 9, 1993 <br /> <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />F-3 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8965, <br />approving plans and specifications for city Project <br />93-10, Lincoln Drive construction from County Road C-2 <br />to Lydia Avenue, and City Project 93-20, County Ditch <br />4 improvements, County Road C-2jLydia area, be adopted <br />with the following conditions and authorizing <br />advertisements for bids: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />8965 <br /> <br />1. That the culvert in County Ditch 4, north of <br />Lydia, will not be removed unless adequate steps <br />to stabilize the bottom and side slopes are taken, <br />including membrane and riprap. <br /> <br />2. That the Council shall review any proposed <br />ornamental lighting or landscaping on Lincoln <br />Drive. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-4 Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION <br />8966, requesting MnDOT participation in County Road 8966 <br />C-2jSnelling Avenue Frontage Road improvements, be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, <br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />K. ADJOURNMENT <br />K-1 Cushman moved, P.
