<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, September 27, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1127,
<br />rezoning the property at 2750, 2764, and 2774 N.
<br />victoria Street from P.U.D. to R-3A, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Richard Webb/
<br />Rosewood Estates request for Special Use Permit for
<br />housing project expansion and variance to the zoning
<br />ordinance relative to density at 2750, 2764, and 2774
<br />N. victoria Street be approved subject to the
<br />following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the landscape plan be reviewed and approved
<br />by staff with particular attention to screening
<br />the north side of the proposed parking lot.
<br />
<br />2. That the project's drainage plan include a storm
<br />water retention pond or other appropriate system
<br />to ensure appropriate treatment of surface water
<br />drainage.
