<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8971, RESOLUTION
<br />approving the proposed 1994 Budget, be adopted. Roll 8971
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson and

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8972,
<br />awarding bids for City Project 93-22, License Bureau
<br />building roof, to McPhillips Brothers Roofing in the
<br />low bid amount of $44,444.00, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8973, awarding the bid for City Project 93-15, Arthur
<br />street improvements, and city Project 93-23, John Rose
<br />Minnesota Oval parking lot access road improvements,
<br />to T. A. Schifsky & Sons in the low bid amount of
<br />$363,486.78, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8974,
<br />approving Neighborhoods 44, 47, 48, 50, 52, 53, 61,
<br />65, 69, and 15 as part of the 1994 Pavement Management
<br />Program and authorizing the preparation of feasibility
<br />studies for 1994 PMP city projects, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8975,
<br />preliminary approval for the issuance of $16 million
<br />of Housing Revenue Bonds to finance Care Institute
<br />Inc.'s proposed expansion of the Rosewood Estates
<br />Senior Housing project at 2750 N. victoria street and
<br />setting the public hearing date for September 27,
<br />1993, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
