<br />8990, adopting and confirming assessments for Improve-
<br />ment No. P-92-06, Terrace Drive pavement, be adopted.

<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8991, adopting and confirming assessments for Improve-
<br />ment No. P-92-10, Pascal/Commerce area pavement, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />8992, adopting and confirming assessments for Improve-
<br />ment No. M-92-25, Terminal Road, rail crossing repair,

<br />8992A, adopting and confirming assessments for
<br />Improvement M-92-28, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Peter Nasvikj
<br />Welsh Companies, Inc. request for an amendment to a
<br />Special Use Permit for an amusement center at 1655 W.
<br />County Road B-2 be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of October 11, 1993, and referred to
<br />staff and the City Attorney to prepare a Resolution of
<br />Denial. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Trucks request for a Special Use Permit at 1975 Oak-
<br />crest Avenue be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of October 11, 1993, and referred to staff and
<br />the City Attorney to prepare a Resolution of Denial.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Ac'cent
<br />Companies request for a Special Use Permit for a truck
<br />leasing facility at 2507 Walnut Street be approved
<br />with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That final plans regarding lighting, landscaping,
<br />drainage, and design standards compliance be
<br />approved by staff.
<br />
<br />2. That the trailer parking lot, paving, and other
<br />improvements be brought into compliance within
<br />three (3) years of approval of the Special Use
<br />Permit.
