<br />C-7 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8993, RESOLUTION
<br />approval of the issuance of $16 million of Housing 8993
<br />Revenue Bonds to finance Care Institute Inc.'s
<br />proposed expansion of the Rosewood Estates Senior
<br />Housing project at 2750 N. victoria street, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />D-1 Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />8994, sUbmitting requirements for Certificate of 8994
<br />Recognition from the National Federation of Municipal
<br />Analysts (NFMA), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.

<br />F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />F-1 P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Carl and CARL AND
<br />Rosanne Reule's request for division of platted lot at ROSANNE REULE
<br />343 W. Burke Avenue be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of October 25, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />F-2 P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Sarah Cave's SARAH CAVE
<br />request for division of platted lot at 2271 Western
<br />Avenue be approved with the following condition:
<br />
<br />1. That staff pay particular attention to drainage
<br />issues at the time the building permit applica-
<br />tion is submitted.

<br />F-3 Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Thomas Willmus' THOMAS
<br />request for division of platted lot at 3040 N. Hamline WILLMUS
<br />Avenue be approved per staff report and recommendation
<br />dated September 27, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />F-4 Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that Neal Wood's NEAL WOOD
<br />request for division of platted lot at 2250 Acorn Road
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />F-5 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Charles CHARLES KADRIE
<br />Kadrie's request for a 48 foot setback variance to the
<br />Shore Land Management Ordinance to accommodate a 10
<br />foot 6 inch kitchen addition toward the lake to be
<br />built on the existing deck be denied and denying any
<br />requests for a variance for the proposed deck that
<br />would extend closer to the lake than the kitchen addi-
<br />tion and any further encroachment on the lower level
<br />at 1281 Josephine Road. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson
<br />and Goedeke. Nays: Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson.
