<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />September 27, 1993 <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />H-2 Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8995, RESOLUTION <br />amending the May 9, 1983, Assessment Policy to adjust 8995 <br />the odd shaped lot formula to place an upper limit on <br />the maximum assessable frontage for R-1 and R-2 <br />properties which are not further divisible to be 1.5 <br />times the R-1 width required by the current Zoning <br />Ordinance, be adopted effective for all assessments <br />considered on September 27, 1993, and thereafter. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />K.
