<br />Roseville city Council Minutes <br />September 27, 1993 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Charles Kadrie's <br />request for a 48 foot setback variance to the Shore <br />Land Management Ordinance to accommodate a 10 foot 6 <br />inch kitchen addition toward the lake to be built on <br />the existing deck be approved and denying any request <br />for a variance for the proposed deck that would extend <br />closer to the lake than the kitchen addition and any <br />further encroachment on the lower level at 1281 <br />Josephine Road be continued to the regular City <br />Council meeting of October 11, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-6 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the bid for <br />construction of the entry way and seating for the John <br />Rose Minnesota Oval be awarded to Arcade Construction <br />in the low bid amount of $154,900, with Alternate 2 in <br />the amount of $2,500, for a total of $157,400. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />H. <br />H-l <br /> <br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1128, <br />amending Section 34.030 of the City Code of the City <br />of Roseville which designates where aboveground <br />flammable liquid storage tanks are permitted by adding <br />a new Paragraph C, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: P. Johnson <br />and Cushman. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Minnesota <br />Coaches request for a permit to install an aboveground <br />flammable liquid storage tank at 1743 W. County Road C <br />be approved as proposed, consistent with newly adopted <br />language in Paragraph C of Section 34.030 of the City <br />Code of the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: P. Johnson <br />and Cushman. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that staff be <br />directed to inform the State Fire Marshal's office <br />that the City does not object to issuance of a <br />variance to allow a 10,000 gallon tank instead of a <br />6,000 gallon tank for a high capacity aboveground <br />diesel fuel tank at Minnesota Coaches, Inc., at 1743 <br />W.
