<br />C-1 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8999, RESOLUTION
<br />denying Peter Nasvik/Welsh Companies, Inc. amendment 8999
<br />to a Special Use Permit for an amusement center at
<br />1655 W. County Road B-2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and v. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />C-2 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that a resolution BOYER FORD
<br />denying Boyer Ford Trucks request for special Use TRUCKS
<br />Permit at 1975 Oakcrest Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson and Goedeke. Nays: Maschka,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Motion failed.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that a resolution
<br />denying Boyer Ford Trucks request for Special Use
<br />Permit at 1975 Oakcrest Avenue, be continued to the
<br />regular city Council meeting of Monday, November 8,
<br />1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and V.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Social
<br />Democratic Front Relief Fund request for application
<br />for a One Day Temporary On Sale Liquor License for
<br />October 23, 1993, at the National Guard Armory, 211
<br />North McCarrons Boulevard, be withdrawn. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a resolution
<br />ordering City Project 93-12, County Road C pathway,
<br />with pathway segments as outlined including both sides
<br />of County Road C from Rice Street to victoria Street,
<br />south side of County Road C from Victoria Street to
<br />Cleveland Avenue, both sides of Fairview Avenue from
<br />County Road C to Oakcrest, west side of Snelling
<br />Avenue from County Road C to Oakcrest and west side of
<br />Rice Street from County Road C to County Road B be
<br />tabled pending an appeal to the Met Council and DOT/
<br />FHWA, and a committee of residents be created to work
<br />with staff to develop workable alternatives. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />V. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />9000, approving Charles Kadrie's request for a
<br />variance to the Shore Land Management Ordinance to
<br />accommodate a 10 foot 6 inch kitchen addition and
<br />denying his request for a variance for a proposed deck
<br />and any further shore land encroachment on the lower
<br />level at 1281 Josephine Road, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: P.
<br />Johnson and Goedeke.
