<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9001,
<br />relating to the administration and implementation of a
<br />$15,000 Traffic Safety Grant by the Roseville Police
<br />Department, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P.
<br />Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution
<br />9002, accepting work completed under Project 92-20 and
<br />authorizing final payment in the amount of $30,152 to
<br />Gorham-Oien Mechanical, Inc., be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and v.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that staff be
<br />authorized to execute an extension of the existing
<br />options on Highways 35Wj36 residential properties for
<br />a period of six (6) months and authorizing staff to
<br />negotiate a new option agreement with Highway 35Wj36
<br />residential property owners according to the terms and
<br />conditions previously discussed. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />be placed on all shore land permits of any type until SHORE LAND
<br />the Comprehensive Plan update is completed, and staff PERMITS
<br />and the City Attorney be directed to prepare a
<br />proposed resolution or moratorium for consideration at
<br />the regular City Council meeting of October 25, 1993.
