<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />October 25, 1993 <br /> <br />3. That the Special Use Permit be for the use <br />described in the planning report dated October 13, <br />1993. <br /> <br />4. That no more than two outdoor daytime display <br />spaces may be created in the front parking areas. <br />All outdoor overnight parking of display vehicles <br />and those awaiting repair shall be in designated <br />parking spaces at the rear of the building. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-5 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Computer <br />City/Beechwood Acquisition's request for Special Use <br />Permit for site plan approval and variance for the <br />Computer City project at Snelling Avenue and County <br />Road B-2 be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the required roadway easement for County Road <br />B-2 be dedicated as determined by County and City <br />staff. <br /> <br />2. That a sidewalk be constructed along County Road <br />B-2 and a pathway easement be dedicated for it. <br /> <br />3. That the landscape and utility plans be approved <br />by City staff. <br /> <br />4. That building setback variances be granted to <br />comply with the Business District Zoning District <br />standards per the plan dated September 10, 1993. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />D. <br />D-1 <br /> <br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the property <br />west of victoria, north of Roselawn Avenue, totaling <br />8.43 acres, be accepted from the Roselawn Cemetery <br />Association for $1.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. <br />Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />Abstain: Cushman. <br /> <br />D-2 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, V. Johnson seconded, that Resolution <br />9005, Resolution to Offer Early Retirement Incentive, <br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />0-3 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the city Manager <br />be authorized to sign an agreement with HealthEast for <br />the provision of Employee Assistance Program Services <br />for the period of October 1, 1993 through September <br />30, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
