<br />directed to take appropriate actions to discontinue
<br />participation with Ramsey County and accept Health
<br />Partners as the sole provider of employee health

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the proposal of
<br />Eide, Helmeke & Co. be accepted to be the city's
<br />outside auditor for Fiscal Years 1993, 1994, and 1995,
<br />at a cost not to exceed $49,968. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the City be
<br />authorized to contribute up to 50 percent of the total
<br />cost of installation of an earthen berm on the
<br />northern property line between Advance Circuits and
<br />Oasis Park, with the City's total share not to exceed
<br />$15,000. Funds for this purpose will be allocated
<br />from the Tax Increment Finance account. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
