<br />HEARINGS
<br />wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that CSM Corporation's
<br />request for final Planned unit Development (PUD) and
<br />final plat approval at 2360 W. County Road C be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, February 14, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the public
<br />hearing relating to the creation of a new Tax
<br />Increment District No. 14 and the adoption of a Tax
<br />Increment Financing Plan relating thereto be continued
<br />to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,
<br />February 28, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P.
<br />Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the public
<br />hearing for city Project P-93-16, reconstruction of
<br />Midland Grove Road, be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, February 28, 1994. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Rottlund Homes
<br />request to withdraw the proposal for Planned unit
<br />Development (PUD) Concept Development Plan approval,
<br />rezoning from R-l to PUD, Comprehensive Plan change
<br />from Church to High Density Residential at the Corpus
<br />Christi Church site at Fairview and West County Road B
<br />be approved with a six (6) month waiver of fees for a
<br />new application, which may be extended for an
<br />additional six (6) months. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Space
<br />Center, Inc. public hearing be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, February 28,
<br />1994, and the request for rezoning from B-6 to B-3 at
<br />2481 N. Cleveland Avenue be referred back to the
<br />Planning Commission to hold a public hearing for a
<br />rezoning from B-6 to Planned Unit Development at the
<br />February 9, 1994 Planning commission meeting. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Good Value
<br />Homes request for Planned unit Development (PUD)
<br />Concept Development Plan approval at the northeast
<br />quadrant of Lexington Avenue and Highway 36 be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That a sidewalk be required along Grandview
<br />Avenue.
